Parties to the agreement
"Buyer" refers to the physical person who acts primarily outside his profession and by placing an order at SparePart.dk delivers acceptance of the purchase and delivery of certain articles.
"SparePart.dk" is used in the following both about the physical or legal person whom by order confirmation accepts Buyers order and sells the articles ordered, and about the website from which articles are presented and ordered.

All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are current prices. When you deal with SparePart.dk agreements are made in: Danish, English.
On SparePart.dk you can pay with:
Visa / Dankort, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit / Cash / Direct, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, American Express, MasterCard SecureCode, MasterCard Debit / Cash / Direct SecureCode, Visa - Verified, Visa Electron - Verified, JCB (J / Secure ), Maestro.
The amount is raised on your card when the articles are shipped from SparePart.dk. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved when placing your order.
There is no fee when using Dankort.

When making a transfer by bank, check or something similar, will you lose your rights (through the Danish e-mærket which is a certification) to claim your money back.
All items are sent by Post Denmark or GLS.
Post Danmark Pickup/Pakkeboks is 29,- DKK
Post Danmark to Private Address is 59,- DKK
Post Danmark to Company Address is 39,- DKK
GLS Parcel Shop Delivery is 39,- DKK
GLS to Company Address is 39,- DKK
When you order items, you can expect them shipped the same day with Post Denmark if they are ordered before 17:15 Monday to Friday. Post Denmark now also delivers packages on Saturdays.
Using GLS, orders must be placed before 14:15 Monday to Friday.
Day to day delivery with the exception for possible delays with Post Danmark and GLS.
You have 30 days to cancel your order and use your right to withdraw from the transaction when you shop at SparePart.dk
The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day you;
a) receive your product
b) get the last item in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately
c) get the last lot or the last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of an article consisting of multiple lots or pieces
You must, within 30 days from receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given either by mail to email@example.com or telephone +45 65907766. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and return it with the articles. The standard withdrawal form is sent to you with your order confirmation but can also be found at the bottom of these conditions.
You can not use your right to withdraw from the transaction by simply rejecting the articles. You have to give us clear notice on this.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 30 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase.
You have to pay the direct cost of returning the articles. When returning the articles, you are responsible for the articles being packaged securely.
You bear the risk of the articles from the time of delivery.
Please return all products in original packaging to receive a full refund.
The condition of the article when you send it back
You are only liable for any diminished value of the article resulting from other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works.
In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is proven beyond what has been described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you can do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not resort to actual use.
Complaints on spare parts are not possible without SparePart.dk's guarantee mark/stamp.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back. In the event of a depreciation which you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of a delivery service other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We carry out such refundment using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold refundment until we have received the product, unless you before that have supplied evidence of having returned it.

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)
Sale of Goods Act shortage rules apply to purchases.
When you shop at SparePart.dk you have 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the article it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I COMPLAIN?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
WE REFUND REASONABLE FREIGHT COSTS
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible.
Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

If you find that your articles have been damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect please print a return form and enclose it with the product that is returned.

For you to enter an agreement with us on SparePart.dk, we need the following information:
We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering the articles to you.
Personal information is registered at SparePart.dk and kept for five years, after which data are deleted.
By signing up for the newsletter, we register your email address. The e-mail address will not be disclosed to others.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your clear consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer data encrypted. Customer information will not be transmitted.

The account information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. There is no one else who sees or stores information about you.
As registered with SparePart.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Protection Act and inquiries related to this should be adressed to SparePart.dk Ltd. via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact email@example.com. In the unlikely situation that we can not find a solution, you can file a complaint to the relevant boards in the field, if conditions are met.

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration
Only at the time when the articles ordered have come to the Buyer's possession, the risk that the ordered articles are destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances, is the Buyer's responsibility.
Disclaimer and guarantee
SparePart.dk has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside of SparePart.dk's control. Therefore, we can not be held responsible for the content of these pages. Information on the products ordered from such sites are not included in the description of the articles in the agreement between Buyer and SparePart.dk.
Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses due to the ordered articles being delivered late to the buyer or the ordered articles having defects when delays or defects is caused by Buyer's acts or omission or circumstances which are beyond the SparePart.dk's control such as war, riots, civil commotion, fire, state interference, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind including strike and lockout, or the like.
SparePart.dk gives no independent guarantee of the articles ordered, and the buyer obtains only the guarantees granted by the manufacturer to buyer.
