How Your Warranty Works at SparePart.dk
It will always be our goal to provide the best possible conditions for our customers while making warranty matters as simple and straightforward as possible. That’s why we’ve outlined our warranty and return policy here on this page, so you can easily get an overview of how you’re covered.
2-Year Warranty on Primary Assortment
At SparePart.dk, we offer a 2-year warranty on our primary assortment (excluding product groups listed below). The warranty covers all deterioration of your product, except for physical damage that was not present upon receipt of the order.
1-Year Warranty on Wear Parts
At SparePart.dk, you get a 1-year warranty on all wear parts, including batteries. The warranty covers all deterioration of your product, except for physical damage that was not present upon receipt of the order.
6-Month Warranty on Used Phones for B2B
At SparePart.dk, as a business customer (B2B), you receive a 6-month warranty on used phones and tablets. As a private customer you get a 2-year warranty.
When Does the Warranty Not Apply?
- The warranty does not cover, or only partially covers, products that have sustained physical damage after receipt of the product.
- The warranty does not cover spare parts that have been damaged during a repair. Therefore, we always recommend testing a spare part before fully assembling it.
- The warranty does not cover screens, batteries, or keyboards without a visible SparePart.dk warranty stamp.
- The warranty does not cover, or only partially covers, cases where the packaging is damaged to such an extent that it affects the product’s value or its ability to be resold.
- The warranty does not apply if your package is lost during transport when returning a warranty claim.
Handling a Warranty Claim
In the case of a warranty claim, we have the option to either refund or replace the item covered by the warranty. Whether an item is refunded or replaced depends on the individual case.
When returning an item under a warranty claim, we will always provide a prepaid return label, so you can send the item back to us free of charge. If the item needs to be replaced, we will also send a replacement at no cost. (If you exercise your right of withdrawal for a product outside of warranty, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to SparePart.dk).
If an item is to be refunded, the refund will be based on the current sales price or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
Return Shipping
- SparePart.dk covers the cost of return shipping if the item is defective upon receipt or if the wrong item was delivered.
- SparePart.dk does NOT cover the cost of return shipping for regretted purchases or mistaken orders.
